BUYING & LEASING A VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY

car negotiator BMW

Andrew from Fort Lee N.J. requested 3 vehicles

The first vehicle was a
Pre-Owned 2010 BMW 750 AWD
with only 1,200 miles in Maryland
The CARFAX showed the vehicle being sold in February
and then back into Dealer inventory in April
The first customer had the vehicle less than 2 months

I realized this vehicle was a
LEMON LAW VEHICLE THAT
NEVER MADE IT TO COURT

When a Vehicle has a repeat problem (for the same item)
and the Dealership is unable to repair it within the time allowed
the vehicle Manufacturer usually will step-in and help with
monetary compensation.

Very often the Vehicle Manufacturer will offer
$5,000 to $8,000 in Monetary Help
The reason they are so eager to help is because
now the vehicle gets sold as a "USED" car.
The vehicle Manufacturer can no longer be sued
under the lemon law act because
the vehicle is no longer considered "NEW"

THIS VEHICLE WAS ELIMINATED

The Second Vehicle Requested was a
 2008 Porsche 911 S with NO MILEAGE
The CARFAX showed the Vehicle as being a

brand new vehicle never sold and arrived
at the Dealership in January of 2008

This vehicle is now 2 Years & 6 Months Old
What's Wrong with this Car?
Why is it on the lot for so long?

The CARFAX,
while it is true the vehicle was never titled or registered
the paperwork showed the vehicle as being "NEW"

The CARFAX showed a warranty claim for the transmission.
Perhaps, this is a similar situation to the BMW except the problem
was caught BEFORE the vehicle was titled or registered.

The Dealership took the vehicle back from the first customer
and is trying the sell it as a brand new car.

THIS VEHICLE WAS ALSO ELIMINATED

The Third Vehicle Requested was a
2007 Porsche 911 S with only 9,495 miles
This CARFAX was CLEAN.
No irregularities . One Owner.
I spoke with the Sales Manager at the Dealership.
He explained, that he purchased this vehicle directly
from the original owner who had it listed in the newspaper.

I have done this many times myself.
If a certain vehicle is in VERY SHORT supply
You have no choice but to buy it off the street.
The Dealership pays more than wholesale but less than retail.

I highly recomended the purchase of this
2007 Porsche 911 S with only 9,495 miles
I started negotiations with the Sales Manager
